Implement "visit site" in aboutCertError.xhtml for desktop

Details
At Mobile (xul, android, and b2g), aboutCertError.xhtml have "Visit site" button which permits showing temporary the page. This function is sometimes useful (e.g. debugging).
However, this function is not implemented for Desktop.
