It should follow designs from shorlander and yuan: - Normally, the toggle will open and close the thumbnail area. - It displays the number of tabs currently open. - It displays a down arrow above the number if the thumbnails are showing, up arrow if not. - If there is only one tab open, there is a plus displayed instead of a number of tabs. That plus button, when clicked, creates a new tab and without opening up the thumbnail area.
