VERIFIED DUPLICATE of bug 6967

Details

I find the viewer unable to reload many pages that have already been visited;
presumably these are pages in the memory cache. For example, starting AppRunner
causes http://www.mozilla.org/quality/smoketests/ to load and display. I can
then click on a link (for example "Our Mission") and the new page will load and
display, but I am unable to go BACK to the original page. The previously visited
page remains displayed, and the console reports an "Error loading" message.

This renders the "back" facility nearly useless. Nor can the page be re-visited
by explicitly entering its URL.

If I exit the browser, then restart, the effects pages can again be displayed
(once!).
