We shouldn't muddy up the list of production slaves with slaves from staging. Many of the staging slaves are down for long periods where they don't take jobs, or report those jobs somewhere else entirely. Slavealloc gives us enough info to segregate these slaves, so we should put them in their own section in last-job-per-slave.html.
I also broke the tegras out into their own section. That seemed to make sense.
