Due to bug 741688, we sometimes get builds that have bad buildids. The builds fail to get uploaded to stage because post_upload.py rejects them. However, this also means that the logs also fail to get uploaded due to the same problem.
It could be a good thing that builds don't get uploaded if they have an invalid buildid, but not having logs means that TBPL gets no record of the build failure, which is bad.
One workaround for this is for the log uploader to ignore the build's buildid if it's invalid.
