How to reproduce:

1. open: http://mozilla.github.com/pdf.js/web/viewer.html#pdfBug=all
2. click on the "Stepper" on the right panel
3. scroll a little bit and check on one of the check boxes

Expected behavior:

The scrollbar should move continous and the check box should get rendered checked.

Actual result:

The scroll bar gets updated only sometimes and the check box doesn't get painted checked. When scrolling the clicked check box out of the view and back in again, it is painted checked

Not reproducing with X11 basic layers.
I can't reproduce with linux-x64/basic or win7/d3d10.  Please reopen if you can still reproduce this on mac.
