I noticed that Flash crashes quite often now, not sure though when it started.

This crash/hang occurred while having 2 gmail tabs open (2 different accounts) and having a third tab with www.aftonbladet.se loaded.

It's not possible to have a valid stack trace about hangs on Mac OS X 10.7.
Can you attach a stack trace from Logs (see https://developer.mozilla.org/en/How_to_get_a_stacktrace_for_a_bug_report#Mac)?

The only logs I found there was for another program (Adium). Odd. 

I will check the Console again next time Firefox hangs again.

Jose: Can you please also confirm which version of Flash you are using - is it Version: 11.3.300.265?

Happens to me as well! 
3 different distros (Ubuntu 13.10, Mint 16, Sabayon 7) all use adobe flashplugin 11.2.202.336 (also affects Chromium using same plugin, but I prefer Firefox) no reports found but only can play videos of less than 3mins in duration or flash is 'bound' to crash
