This is the first part of a many pieces of the Phonebook API mentioned in bug 752997. Vouched Mozillians will be able to use their API key to do the following: ingoing: e-mail address of Mozillian outgoing: is_vouched status of Mozillian This means that Mozillian Developers will be able to determine if a contributor has been vouched by another in our community or not. A first layer in trusting individuals within our community, so to speak.
