User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; rv:14.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/14.0.1
Build ID: 20120713134347

Steps to reproduce:

Set plugin.click_to_play as true, load a YouTube Flash video page, click the placeholder over the video.

Actual results:

The video plays, but the video control buttons are useless. They have no effect whatever. I cannot pause the video, change the volume, or get a bigger frame or full-screen view. This also happens with all add-ons disabled, so it is not interference by an add-on.

Expected results:

Besides the plugin loading and playing the video, the video controls should work normally.
Does Cmd+Tabbing to another window and then back to the Firefox window solve the problem? If so, I've seen this too.
Is this Mac-specific, or does it also happen on Windows or Linux?
I've only heard of this issue from Mac users.
