Details

The manifest change check (for re-review) is creating Reviewer type reviews for Apps. This implementation isn't necessarily wrong, but the result is 'Mozilla' is now appearing in the Reviewer stats (inflating/distorting them) and the 'reviews' are appearing in the Reviewer Log [https://marketplace.mozilla.org/reviewers/apps/logs] which isn't correct.
