On idl here:

It states that there will be a
|mozWifiManager.connectionInformation.relSignalStrength|
to get the relSignalStrength. But they aren't.

Nominating blocking-basecamp, without this I cannot make sure the signal strength is correct on the status bar.

Anyone should feel free to stamp this. I threw in a rider here to deal with connection info failing to work right (I haven't tested, but I think this happens when we turn the phone off or something like that).
