The new IA has a Products & Services landing page that lists our products (defined in products table). This bug covers: * Create a new view and template for the page * The page should live at /<locale>/products * Page shows list of products with the images. This bug doesn't cover: * Styling the page * Linking to the product landing pages as those might not be created yet.

This is just the product picker, a query to get the visible products and render them out => 1pt.
