For making SeaMonkey 2.12 Beta 2 public, we'll need to update the website.

ETA for this release is Friday July 27.

[I find it odd that we're releasing a beta that includes no noticeable improvements at all. It just shows how FF-driven the whole process is. Sigh.]

I thought about the no "suite specific comm-beta changes" before deciding to go, and I decided we wanted to anyway given the LONG list of m-beta changes, including at least one sec fix.

I'm not sure a good way to relnote the changes there other than 'stability & security' but with such a large list from b1 to b2 I felt an extra beta was worth it.

The real problem with SeaMonkey nowadays is that we have very few people that work on features or noteworthy changes. We need to try and recruit/mentor new people to help out there, I think.
