Screenshot depicting incorrectly placed menu.
After Firefox is launched, the first time the menu is opened (via hardware button), the menu is placed below the screen and almost entirely out of view.
The attached screen capture depicts the incorrectly placed menu.
When the menu is closed and re-opened subsequently, it is correctly placed. The issue only arises the first time the menu is opened after launching Firefox (i.e. after phone boot or selecting "Quit" within Firefox).

FYI, I observed this using the "Firefox Beta" market app on a HTC Evo V (same as Evo 3D) running ICS 4.0.3.
screenshot looks the same as the one in bug 767668
