If Marionette launches a GeckoInstance, it should shut it down when tests are done

Currently, if you specify the --binary argument to Marionette, it will launch the specified binary using GeckoInstance and run the tests. However, at the end of the tests, it does not shut the binary down. It probably should. Specifically, when mozharness runs Marionette, Firefox needs to be shut down by Marionette, and this isn't happening right now.
