Currently, if user need to change there username when they have typo or if they wish, they need to create a forum thread and request to admin, it will be good if user can change there username from edit profile page
Rosana, your call. I'd rather not do this, but use the display name in more places.

I think we should have a form for a request to have the name changed then mods can review and see if the change is valid.

I don't want to allow users to change username on their own. We should use display name more and let admins fix the typos.
