779150 - Switch off spidermonkey-nomethodjit builds on tinderbox

The Windows and Linux variants of these builds have been busted for >4 weeks.

In bug 778467 it was suggested they were no longer worth the hassle of fixing up, so could be turned off to save load.

Presuming all other stakeholders are happy with this (not sure who has final say), we should switch them off.
