From email to mobile-dev about ARMv6 OOM evictions: "Do we have the telemetry probes necessary to make a comparison of device memory vs OOM evictions for a specific platform? If there isn't a bug here we can easily fix, we'll need to figure out the minimum system requirements (and a Google Play blacklist) accordingly."

Also tracking for FN16 since we'll need to come up with a device blacklist (bug 775237) for Beta 16.
