Running a DLBI build on weather.ca I see full page invalidations. I tried saving the page but the result did not reproduce the problem.

I can reproduce this in linux-x64.
This page is causing component alpha layers, which causes repainting on scrolling with BasicLayers.

This would have existed before the DLBI landing.
Ah yes, we invalidate properly in win7/d3d10.  I didn't test there.
