Steps to reproduce:

For latest version of Hungarian SeaMonkey we got old translation that was updated in the mercurial.


Actual results:

for example the help files are old, and lots of files in preference window

This was because no-one on the hu locale team signed off on a newer revision for SeaMonkey2.11

I go through the requested signoffs before final release, at about the time for beta 6 (we don't update l10n after our last beta)

Note that this lack of signoff has been around for a while for us:

(SEAMONKEY_2_7b4_BUILD1 was the first release with this changeset)

Relatedly there are still no signoff requests for hu.
