User dropdown menu
This is about styling the simple list dropdown that appears under the username (http://cl.ly/image/0A2c0G391E2d on current site).
We couldn't get this in with bug 777509 because the mockups didn't include this style.
Bram, I am assigning to you for getting us a mockup or styles. Then you can pass it back.

Changing to the 2012.15 because I did this with the common styles bug.
Target Milestone: 2012.16 → 2012.15
