Details

Classes related to Firefox browser features and UI should be pulled into a top-level level org.mozilla.gecko.browser package. No classes in other org.mozilla.gecko packages should (directly) reference org.mozilla.gecko.browser classes.

Once this is done, can we enforce this by changing the makefile so that it builds the org.mozilla.gecko.browser classes in a separate javac invocation after all the other files are built?
