And fails with:
E/FramebufferNativeWindow( 1030): couldn't open framebuffer HAL (No such file or directory)
F/libc    ( 1030): Fatal signal 11 (SIGSEGV) at 0x00000050 (code=1)
I/DEBUG   ( 1029): debuggerd committing suicide to free the zombie!
Several folks have seen this.  The HAL open is probably failing in hardware/libhardware/hardware.c .

We need to understand what's going on here before release, because b2g may ... ah ... restart ... this way in the field.
