The new home page and product landing pages have a hot topics section that initially shows a list of articles.
This bug covers:
* On the home page, all articles that have the topic "hot-topic" will be listed.
* On the product landing page, all articles that have the topic "hot-topic" and the product for the landing page will be listed.
* If there are no articles to list, the Hot Topics section won't show up.
This bug doesn't cover:
* Styling the section
* Listing hot questions

Adding metadata. This is a pretty simple query to get the articles, list them out, and write a test or two. => 1pt
