Steps to reproduce:

Clicked on the new Test Case icon while in a Test Plan.  Window for new Test Case displayed, resized the Test Case window so that it was larger.


Actual results:

Now, I cannot see the top of the Test Case window nor can I move the window to resize.  See attached screenshot.


Expected results:

I should have been able to move the window and resize it so that it can be accessible.

Issue is to do with moving the New Case modal window rather than resizing it.  As shown on previous attachment it is possible to drag it outside of the surrounding window.  At that point it cannot be brought back in.  It then remembers these co-ordinates next time the button is pressed so the modal window always appears partly hidden. 

Suggest when dragging window it should not be able to set left & top positions to less than 0.
