Details

When a developer sets up payments for Firefox OS, open an iframe to BlueVia and listen to postMessage events to retrieve the resulting developer ID. Save the ID to the DB. This is one step in the BlueVia setup defined in https://etherpad.mozilla.org/mkt-bluevia-devhub-flow
