User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:16.0) Gecko/16.0 Firefox/16.0 Build ID: 20120809042008 Steps to reproduce: navigated to http://sea.battle.net/sc2/en/ clicked logon Actual results: logon box appeared blank Expected results: username and password text area's should have appeared I tested user agents back to 3.6's and none worked Forcing an IE user agent did work. I don't expect much from a company that doesn't support upper case characters for passwords, but his is just stupid. Does anyone have a contact for their site staff? trying to contact through their forums will just get me butting heads against poorly educated forum moderators who take everything blizzard decree's as gospel.

Using the WebConsole for the login pop-up box I find: X-App:loginVary:Accept-EncodingTransfer-Encoding:chunkedServer:ApachePragma:no-cacheKeep-Alive:timeout=10, max=4000Expires:Thu, 01 Jan 1970 00:00:00 GMTDate:Sun, 12 Aug 2012 12:19:07 GMTContent-Type:application/xhtml+xml;charset=UTF-8Content-Language:en-USContent-Encoding:gzipConnection:Keep-AliveCache-Control:no-cache, no-store NOTE: the no-cache, no-store This is coming from their server and Firefox will therefore not store login information respecting the instructions sent from the server. I believe this bug is INVALID, due to performing 'as designed'.

(In reply to Jim Jeffery not reading bug-mail 1/2/11 from comment #1) > This is coming from their server and Firefox will therefore not store login > information respecting the instructions sent from the server. > > I believe this bug is INVALID, due to performing 'as designed'. He didn't complain about the boxes not storing data. He complained about there being no boxes AT ALL in the login "popup". When I load it here, it shows the login box using a Flash object. With flash disabled, it redirects to: https://sea.battle.net/login/en/?ref=http://sea.battle.net/sc2/en/&app=com-sc2 Both the Flash object (popup) and the other page (redirect) seem to show up fine for me.

Sorry my mistake, it's not a flash object, it's an embedded <object> with html inside, not flash-
