Nightly 17.0a1 2012-08-12/ Aurora 16.0a2 2012-08-12
Device: HTC Desire (Android 2.2.2)/ Motorola Droid 3 (Android 2.3.4)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to nighlty.mozilla.org
2. Tap on the Nightly for Android build to start downloading it.
3. With the download still in progress, bring down the Android status bar and tap on the Download notification.

Expected results:
The Download Manger is opened offering the user the possibility of pausing, resuming or canceling the download

Actual results:
A dialog to cancel the download is displayed.

Notes:
On Firefox Mobile XUL 10.0.5ESR when tapping on a download notification the Download Manager is opened.
Sounds like a dupe of bug 746976.
