Now that we have mozharness scripts and config files for Marionette, I believe we'll need some code in buildbot-configs to enable it, ala http://hg.mozilla.org/build/buildbot-configs/file/e85c12f3273a/mozilla-tests/config.py#l1185.

This is modelled after the peptest config. It only enables this for m-c and m-i; we can add try later once we verify the tests are stable.

We'll need to upload puppetagain packages for Marionette before deploying this.

this makes me cry over any hope we had of keeping clean configs. I didn't realize that the peptest stuff was implemented in a similar way :(

I know next to nothing about buildbot-configs; is there a better way to do this?
