(Whiteboard: [devhub-v1])

The devhub's developer subsite has a getting started section. We'll need to cover the specifics of what makes an open web app different from any website, most notably the manifest. Please identify a page on MDN (or work that needs to happen) to cover this.
The deadline for this content is: Monday August 20, end of day. Let me know if you have any questions.
This is a P1. Manifests are *the* core technology for open web apps.

(In reply to :ibai from comment #3) > This 2 articles cover almost everything about the Manifest: > > https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Apps/Manifest > https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Apps/FAQs/About_app_manifests I agree with ibai. We should use these pages on devhub. Should we close this bug?
(In reply to Mark Giffin from comment #4) > Should we close this bug? Nah, let's shoot it over to Edna to pull in that content. Jen, can you add those pages to the MDN script? Any suggestion on how we would pull two pages? Do we need a per-section starting page where we link to all content underneath?

We do have a 'manifests' section reserved under 'Getting Started' for MDN content - did you want About App Manifests to be another section possibly? Currently the subsections under 'Getting Started' are: HTML5, Manifests, Example Apps We could add a fourth, that being 'About App Manifests'?
