test_offlineStoreLocking.js is currently disabled on Windows (bug 697943 re-disabled it). We should try to re-enable it on that platform.
See https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=870864#c38 that the revised test also fails on Mac.

Bug 1571683 Part 2 turned this test back on again.
As Bug 870864 is RESOLVED.
