User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:14.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/14.0.1 Build ID: 20120713134347 Steps to reproduce: I noticed graphical glitches when rendering a html table element with the tbody element contains no rows. Actual results: Most of the borders are not visible. I have provided a short example file that illustrates the problem. Uncomment the <tr></tr> inside the tbody to fix the problem. Expected results: The borders should have been visible on both the cells in the thead and in the tfoot despite the tbody being empty.

maybe dup of Bug 409254 and bug 217769
(In reply to Alice0775 White from comment #1) > maybe dup of Bug 409254 and bug 217769 Yes. It most certainly looks to be the same issue.
