Win98SE Moz build 2001043004 Selecting REPLY to news message puts caret in a new To: field instead of in the body of the composition window. This happens when selecting the REPLY button as well as the right-click context menu. This may be a direct result of not having the option in the context menu to reply to both the sender AND the newsgroup which could carry over to the reply button problem as well.
