Steps to reproduce:

1. Open new tab
2. Write any address in address bar, let's say: translate.google.com, press ENTER
3. After page is loaded, go into address bar again and start writing again the previous address: for example: "tra", it should show something similar to:
Google Translate
Switch to tab
4. Press down arrow on your keyboard
5. Press enter


Actual results:

Address bar still has focus


Expected results:

Webpage has focus
