Steps to reproduce:

From https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Project:To-do_list I tried to get to the category pages.


Actual results:

I received a page with the following text:

This article is in need of a technical review.
This article is in need of an editorial review.
This page is not currently available; change this to a link to the tags list page when it exists.


Expected results:

A list of pages with a certain tag should have showed up.

Looks like we need to redirect from:

https://developer.mozilla.org/Special:Tags?tag=[Tag]&language=[Lang]

to

https://developer.mozilla.org/[Lang]/docs/tag/[Tag]

Keep in mind that the locale in the first URL might be "en", not "en-US".

I think this has been fixed when we migrated to Kuma. Please check out developer.mozilla.org and if the problem still exists, please open a a new bug with our new template, https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/form.mdn.
