On Windows platforms at least, often times the highly stylized Mozilla scroll bars which appear so great around the window look out of place in the frames and iframes present on many websites. Just a thought.
This is covered by bug 35996, I would say...
it's covered in a bunch of bugs. That one has a pointer to bug 26828 which will probably be resolved on windows, macos classic and macos x. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 35996 ***
