User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.8; rv:14.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/14.0.1 Build ID: 20120713134347 Steps to reproduce: Attempt to print any Firefox page causes crash. Includes print to printer, pdf, etc. Mountain Lion: all latest patches. Firefox: 14.0.1 Actual results: Crash Expected results: Print page. This is a big problem as I store financial transactions as pdf files for 60 days. I CANNOT use firefox until this is resolved. Thanks to all for the good work.
Can you provide the crash ID from about:crashes? Does it happen in Safe Mode (see https://support.mozilla.org/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode)?
crash report id: bp-0f56a018-868e-4979-b665-b615a2120816 occurs in safe mode :yes Additional testing with a borrowed Lexmark C540 printer did not reproduce the crash. Occurance is with HP LaserJet 1320 selected as printer. (No access to other printers)
There are no Firefox components in the stack trace, only OS ones. Are you sure your printer drivers are up-to-date?

rwhart: Recently Apple pushed out a HP printer update - I would recommend checking for an OS update if you have not done so recently.
I have an HP 1300 printer in the lab, I can try with that

https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/list?signature=CoreFoundation@0xd00d1 seems to the 10.8 specific version of this crash, but I see users reporting similar comments on 10.7.x - see https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/list?signature=CoreFoundation@0xe01d1. I haven't yet been able to reproduce the crash in the lab using my HP 1300 printer. But as I said, I did update this machine with the HP printer update today.
