Bookmark folders don't work when created at the end of the list: renaming and
drag-and-drop are broken.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to the Manage Bookmarks dialogue.
2. With nothing selected from the list, press the New Folder button.
3. Try to rename the newly-created folder (i.e. double-click on its name to get
the editing cursor, delete New folder and type the new name).
4. Try to drop a bookmark into the folder by dragging the bookmarks icon onto
the folder's icon.
Actual Results: The name name doesn't stick: as soon as I select any other
object, the name changes back to New folder.
Drag and drop doesn't work. The bookmark does not move from it's original position.
Expected Results: Name given to the folder persists. Dragging a bookmark icon
onto the folder icon moves the bookmark into the folder.
These problems only happen if the folder is created with nothing selected, which
puts the folder at the end of the list. If I select an existing folder, then
the new folder is created below the selected one. If the new folder is thus
part-way up the list, then renaming and drag-and-drop work as expected.
