Details

Many (or all?) of the tests in toolkit/content/tests/widget attempt to set prefs via enablePrivilege, and this does not work in OOP contexts such as B2G.  For this reason, these tests will be disabled for B2G test runs.

These tests should be updated to use SpecialPowers for pref setting/getting.
At least part of toolkit/content/tests/widget, I'm trying to fix in bug 868439.
