78348 - Composer-specific problems with modern3 theme

Bug #78221 seems to be for pretty general issues and lots of rants/preferences.  
I know Joe asked people to use only that bug but I thought it might be easier to 
have a bug that is specific to Composer and it's related dialogs, toolbars, etc. 
and add a dependency.  In this way, Charley and I and others on the Composer team 
can monitor this bug without having to follow all the responses in bug #78221.  
(I hope this will help rather than hinder!)

Request of those about to add comments to this bug:  PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE make 
sure that this is specific to composer toolbars or dialogs or related.  PLEASE 
don't comment on general items like color choice (unless the color choice is 
specific to Composer).  All general comments should be entered into bug #78221.

* Many of the icons in the Composition toolbar are not aligned with each other; 
many of them are at the top of the toolbar (touching the window title).  Clicking 
on the the icons draws an outline box but the icons aren't centered in that box.  
Also I see "click" in the outline (but I assume that is intentional as well as 
localizable).
* The New icon seems wrong (not sure but it looks like it has a clock in the 
upper left corner?).
* Open icon doesn't show a file, it only shows an open folder
* Horizontal Line icon shows a "3d" hrule but it doesn't stand out as well as the 
one in the mail compose window's dropdown list.  Right now it looks like 
"justify" alignment to me.
* I wish the link icon were more rounded like the Attach icon in mail compose
* color pickers on formatting toolbar don't stand out (or get lost?)
* The Normal tab's icon is a pen, but the "New" icon appears to be a pencil; we 
should be consistent.

* Page Colors and Background dialog shows a highlight around the color chips.  It 
looks very odd to me since it doesn't have the shading like the radio button 
does.
* Table Properties dialog looks strange with the bluish gray background and the 
tabs in the gray background (maybe this is a general issue?)
* This is probably a general issue but here is an example... The non-selected tab 
more closely matches the OK button appearance so it seems like I'm in the wrong 
tab.  In the table dialog, if I'm in the "cell" tab, Cells is the lighter gray 
but "Table" seems like it should be the current tab because it stands out more 
(like the OK and Cancel button do).

It's too late in the game for tracking bugs like these.  Please file individual
bugs at this point.

are these issues really fixed, or are you wanting each point to be made into
seperate bugs?

It seems to me that already fixed. Verified on all platforms
(branch builds: 2001-07-03-0.9.2). Sujay, can you check to 
see that you can reproduce?
