If you open a google spreadsheet that's big enough to have scrollbars, then hit control-minus to zoom out a few times, the content will end up drawing over the browser's scrollbars.
I fail to repro on a selfmade Doc :-/
Can you point to a shared/public Doc with the Issue?

Zooming out via control-minus four times yields the attached image.
Ah, thanks.
Seeing this with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-US; rv:1.9.0.19) Gecko/2010031422 Firefox/3.0.19 ID:2010031422, too.
