If you put Firefox is small snapped view and then press Window + Z, or Ctrl+L or right click, then the urlbar shows and hides immediately. It should function normally.
Actually, this is the intended behavior, given that the tabs are too large to really be usable in snap view and there are enough icons in the appbar to cause overflow. It might be interesting to look at a mini-mode for the appbar at some point, though.
Well the urlbar itself should at least be visible no? It shows and hides right away.
