Please deploy server_storage 1.13-6 to dev and stage sync server environments. Build command:

make build PYPI=http://pypi.build.mtv1.svc.mozilla.com/simple PYPIEXTRAS=http://pypi.build.mtv1.svc.mozilla.com/extras PYPISTRICT=1 SERVER_STORAGE=rpm-1.13-6 SERVER_CORE=rpm-2.10-6 CHANNEL=prod RPM_CHANNEL=prod build_rpms


This version uses python-memcached for couchbase access per Bug 782577.  It should be a transparent change with no config updates required.

Unable to deploy to the development environment given the dependencies of the sync-storage RPMs, and the RPMs available for the images in the development environment.  Added ticket 786096 to take care of it.
