Details

(Whiteboard: [fennec 15.0b6])

Build ID: 15.0b6 (2012-08-21) Beta Channel
Device: Galaxy Nexus
OS: Android 4.0.4

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Fennec
2. Set plugins to 'Enabled'
3. Go to http://hybridmind.com/tutorials/simple-as3-viewport-tutorial/ (http://goo.gl/iNAJT)
4. Tap inside the viewport

Expected result:
- Page is properly loaded. Flash content starts to play

Actual result:
- Page is properly loaded. Flash content starts to play only if you zoom in/out
Whiteboard: [fennec 15.0b6]
I can reproduce this issue on the latest Beta 16.0b1 build if I open a YouTube video. The video will play for several seconds if I zoom in/out the page and then will freeze again. If I still zoom in and out the page, the video will play as expected.

This issue is not reproducible on the latest Nightly.

Firefox 16.0b1 (2012-08-28)
Device: Galaxy Note
OS: Android 4.0.4
OS: Windows 7 → Android
Hardware: x86 → ARM
Version: Firefox 15 → Firefox 16
Depends on: 795438
Also happens on Galaxy Note (4.0.4) when I type in the text inputs from a full flash site : http://www.zasmakujelegancji.pl/

The typed characters are displayed only after repainting the screen (switch orientation or zoom)
This is still an issue on Firefox Mobile 21 beta 2 on the Samsung Galaxy Tab (Android 4.0.4)
Reproducible on Firefox 22.0b5 on Samsung Galaxy SII (4.0.3)
Reproducible on Aurora 24.0a2 2013-06-27 and Nightly 25.0a1 2013-06-27 on the Acer Iconia Tab A500 (Android 3.2)
Flash is going away (bug 1381916), so there's no point in pursuing this further.
