Live thumbnails are awesome, if somewhat sluggish at times. During session restore, the user currently only sees a bunch of blank tab thumbnails. To make things feel snappier and less broken, we should display static thumbnails pulled from the thumbnail store during initial session restore, then replace them with live thumbnails after the page is loaded.
