The default link colors (blue for unvisited links, purple for visited ones) have slightly changed (become lighter) in the latest builds (after 2001-04-30-trunk as far as I can say. Check http://cnet.com for example, visit a page and observe both the blue and purple links on the page. Visited links are obviously lighter than they used to, unvisited ones are too. I think I like the older, stronger colors better, and also I believe the new purple is quite close to the new blue... The new blue color appears on links in mail messages as well. Is this a bug or a feature?

->Themes. Probably due to the new Modern3 theme.
I first observed the bug with build 2001-04-30-09-trunk which did not contain the new Modern theme.
Presumably due to bug 77828. Simon mentioned the same thing there. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 77828 ***
