784997 - modify "Reps Mentor" text in Rep profile page

Right now, to indicate that a Rep is a Mentor, we show this : http://cl.ly/image/0p2w071k1F3U

This is a bit confusing since some folks might think that by clicking on the "Reps Mentor" link, they will be redirected to the rep' mentor's page. 

It would would be better if we could change the wording and actually include the Reps actual name before, that way it's crystal clear that the Rep is an actual mentor. 

Replace: "Reps Mentor"

with: "[Rep's first name] is a Reps Mentor"
