Fennec should use a consistent theme for dialogs, highlights, lists, etc.

In Android, every application can define their own "default" styles for lists, hightlights, dialogs, progressbars and so on. This makes adding newer UI easier and to follow the theme. (It's more like CSS for Android). We need to move to an unified theme that supports a "master CSS".
