785703 - Implement new version of the download button

Since recent design update the download button has been reduced and now it looks weird. The icon is too narrow and the progress bar is almost unnoticeable. The best solution would be to implement new design by Stephen Horlander as seen here : http://people.mozilla.com/~shorlander/files/download-button/download-button.html (There may be more recent mockups for this).

No I wasn't talking about this.

The button and the progress bar aren't visually perfect and need a redesign as seen in the URL.

This is well known the current design is not final, we still have to implement part of the mockup.
