Details

The SDK currently has a number of modules that have been deprecated and currently cause cfx to emit warnings. We want to remove these modules, but first will throw errors instead for an 18-week period.

This bug is meant as a tracker bug for various tasks related to this:

* document this deprecation cycle on the wiki:
* change warnings to errors
* communicate with the AMO review team regarding these changes
* outreach via a series of blog posts
